1960: F. Combe creates Sitram to manufacture stainless steel utensils.

1963: First stainless steel pressure cookers are sold in France.

1982: Sitram introduces its own non-stick product line.

1985: A subsidiary company is created in the United States: Sitram America.

1993: The Shanghai plant is created through a joint venture: Sitram Shanghai.

1998: Launch of Cybernox, a non-stick alloy coating.

2000:   Creation of V-TRAM in partnership with Vitrex Spain.

Sitram bought back its shares from its Chinese partner and is now a Whole Foreign Enterprise Company in China （上海斯塔姆不锈钢制品有限公司）.

2001: New subsidiary in the United States is located in Camarillo, California.

2007: Creation of Sitram Asia （欣创贸易（上海）有限公司）, the new commercial branch of Sitram, dedicated to the Chinese and Asian markets  and to the new Sitram Chinese brand: 欣厨美.

2010: New office & showroom in Shanghai (Jing'an Temple).
