Thaï style Chicken

Ingredients

400 g chicken breasts

1 green, red and yellow pepper

4 onions

1 can coconut milk

C. 1 S. curry, sesame oil

1 tablespoon tomato puree, lime

1 small hot pepper

ginger soy sauce

oyster sauce

garlic

salt & pepper

 

Preparation: 1: Mix the chicken in a bowl with garlic, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, ginger, chili, lime, soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate at least 30 minutes. 2: Heat oil in wok, add the chicken breasts. Once they are browned, remove them and baste with some of their juices. 3: Wash the wok then put a little oil to heat; add onions, peppers and sauté. 4: Once they are tender, add tomato paste, pepper, coconut milk and curry. 5: Put in the egg whites and a little cooking liquid and simmer about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
