Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C (330°F)
  2. Cook the potatoes in the pressure cooker according to the instructions in the user manual.
  3. Cut the buns in half, then lightly brown the insides in a frying pan.
  4. In a second frying pan, brown the bacon and the chopped onion without adding fat.
  5. Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them into slices (around 1 cm thick).
  6. Spread a thin layer of whole grain mustard on the insides of the buns.
  7. Add two slices of bacon, some potatoes, onions, and two slices of raclette cheese, in that order.
  8. Place the burgers on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve immediately with the gherkins.
